If you’ve fallen off your training, you’re not alone.
Despite our best efforts, life happens. Schedules get crazy. Career and family obligations change. Motivation comes and goes. Injuries or other afflictions may unfortunately arise.
Every person who’s trained long enough has fallen off at some point. It’s normal. But the mistake isn't falling off–it’s convincing yourself that because you’ve been away for a while, you can’t come back.
That is simply not true. Nobody walks back into the gym exactly where they left off. Nobody.
Not the beginners, not the seasoned members, not even the fighters. Everyone comes back a little rusty--and that's okay.
Returning to training isn’t about proving how good you are. It’s about proving you won’t quit on yourself. People think champions are the people who never fail--they’re not.
Champions are the people who refuse to stay down.
Rising after the fall is the essence of training and of life. It’s where confidence is built, discipline is forged, and character is revealed. You don’t need to get back to where you were in one day–you just have to take the first step.
Walk through the door. We’ll meet you where you’re at. No judgement, no pressure, no expectation that you have to be the person you were when you were last in the gym. Just show up. We’ll help with the rest.
The strongest people in the gym aren’t the ones who never fall off; they’re the ones who decide to come back. If you’re reading this, and you see yourself in these words…muster your courage and take that first step. We’ll see you soon.
